Be's lower commission band — usually 12–18% against 20–28% for the two leaders — also makes it the channel where a delivery-only item can actually clear a positive net-of-commission margin.
The integration itself matters more than the channel. Run through the merchant tablet, a Be order is retyped into the POS by a staff member during peak, which produces duplicate tickets, wrong modifiers and an end-of-month reconciliation that never matches the platform statement. Run through the webhook, the order lands as a normal ticket, deducts recipe stock, prints to the correct kitchen station, and carries its commission rate so the daily report can show margin per platform. That last number is what tells an operator whether to raise Be prices, retire a dish from Be, or push promotions there instead of on Grab.

A bún chả shop sells a 79,000₫ set. Food cost 26,500₫, packaging 3,500₫.
On GrabFood at 25% commission the net is 79,000 − 19,750 − 30,000 = 29,250₫. On Be at 15% it is 79,000 − 11,850 − 30,000 = 37,150₫ — 27% more profit on the identical dish, which is why per-platform margin belongs on the daily report rather than in a spreadsheet at month end.
