Your own merchant POS. Live in 90 days, not two years.

A complete, tested point-of-sale and merchant app, under your brand, connected to your accounts and payment rails, so your SME customers run their business inside your ecosystem.

Built and operated by LOOP since 2019.

The merchant landscape has changed.

1 Jan 2026

Presumptive tax for household businesses ends. Merchants move to declaring actual revenue.

VOH · 1 Jan 2026

₫1B+

Household businesses with annual revenue of at least ₫1B in F&B, hotels and specified consumer services must issue tax-connected cash-register e-invoices, from 1 Jun 2025.

Decree 70/2025/ND-CP · 20 Mar 2025

The merchant's daily tool is being chosen right now. Whoever provides it holds the relationship.

Three familiar choices. One different approach.

01

Build it yourself

18 to 24 months, a new product team, and a moving tax and payments target.

02

Refer to a third-party POS

Their data, their app icon, their relationship.

03

Do nothing

Merchants keep the account, but daily activity and data flow somewhere else.

There is a fourth option.

Your brand. The complete merchant toolkit.

One scoped programme, from the counter to your SME team.

Branded POS app

Tablet, phone and web, in your name and colours.

Merchant back office

Products, menus, staff, multi-branch operations and reports.

VietQR payments

Connect to your bank’s payment systems for settlement into your accounts.

SoftPOS and card terminals

Support scoped with your acquiring systems and settlement accounts.

Tax-ready e-invoices

Cash-register e-invoices connected to the tax authority.

Your onboarding flow

Merchant registration with KYC handed off to your systems.

SME data and reporting

Merchant activity, volumes and cohorts for your team.

Ongoing updates

Tax and payment-rule changes maintained within the agreed scope.

VietQR is the Vietnam payment rail. SoftPOS, card acquiring, account connections and settlement depend on the agreed integration and your systems. LOOP POS does not hold merchant funds.

A daily relationship, not just an account.

More current-account balances and transaction flow from SME merchants.

Earlier lending signals from real sales data.

A daily touchpoint that keeps merchants in your app.

A faster answer to the 2026 tax changes than starting an internal build.

Questions before the briefing.

How long does it take?

The proposed launch programme is about 90 days, with discovery, integration, a merchant pilot and rollout. The schedule depends on the integration scope, procurement, compliance review and your internal approvals. We agree the delivery plan before the project starts.

Whose brand and app-store listing is it?

The merchant app uses your approved name, colours and identity. The publishing account, app-store listing and release responsibilities are agreed during scoping, subject to the store’s approval process. YourBank on this page is a fictional illustration, not a client.

Who owns the merchant data?

Your merchant relationship and rights to merchant data are defined in the contract. The agreement sets out each party’s controller or processor responsibilities, merchant consent, access, permitted uses, retention and export. LOOP operates the platform within those agreed instructions and applicable law.

Which payment rails are supported?

VietQR is the Vietnam rail for the proposed bank-account connection. Direct account settlement, SoftPOS and card-terminal connections are scoped with your payment and acquiring systems and require integration and acceptance testing. LOOP POS does not hold merchant funds; other payment rails are not presented as live integrations.

Does it handle the 2026 tax changes and e-invoices?

The Vietnam POS includes cash-register e-invoice workflows connected to the tax authority. Your implementation is reviewed against the relevant requirements, including Decree 70/2025/ND-CP and the end of presumptive taxation from 1 January 2026. Merchant eligibility, tax registration and each merchant’s obligations still need to be checked.

What do you need from our side?

We need a named product owner, brand assets and access to the relevant account, payment and onboarding specifications. Your security, compliance and operations teams review the proposed flows. We also agree the pilot merchants, data requirements and launch acceptance criteria.

Can merchants who already use LOOP move to our brand?

A migration can be scoped for existing LOOP POS merchants who choose to move. We review merchant consent, account mapping, historical data, devices and payment connections before committing to a migration plan. The transition is agreed with your team and the participating merchants.

How is pricing structured?

The structure is one-time setup and branding, plus a platform licence per active merchant. An optional revenue share can be agreed for value-added services. We provide a proposal after the briefing, sized to your merchant base and integration scope.
