- How much does LOOP cost per month?
- Growth is ₫499,000 per outlet/month (₫415,000 on annual). Business is ₫999,000 per outlet/month (₫832,000 on annual). All prices VAT included, VND, no per-transaction fee.
- Do you charge per transaction or per order?
- No. Every tier — including Free — includes unlimited orders and unlimited transactions. You pay only the per-outlet subscription.
- Is the annual discount real?
- Yes. Annual billing saves roughly 17% (equivalent to 2 months free). Quoted prices above are inclusive — ₫415K and ₫832K are the effective monthly rates on annual billing.
- What's the PEKO bundle discount?
- PEKO loyalty customers get 50% off any LOOP plan, for the lifetime of the account. Stacks with annual billing.
- Do I need to buy proprietary hardware?
- No. LOOP is mobile-native and hardware-agnostic — the full POS runs directly on the merchant's own phone (iPhone or Android), and works on any existing device you already own: iPad, Android tablet (8"+), or Windows touchscreen. Add an ESC/POS thermal printer, USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner and cash drawer only when the workflow calls for one. No proprietary terminal, no bundled hardware, no capex.
- Are there setup or onboarding fees?
- No setup fees for Free and Growth. Business tier includes white-glove migration for chains; we'll quote based on outlet count and data complexity.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing month. Annual plans run to the end of the prepaid year — there's no early-termination fee, you keep service until the period ends.
