Answer
What do StoreHub add-ons actually cost?
By Alvin Koh · Updated 2026-09-16 · Sources last checked 2026-09-16
Quick answer
StoreHub publishes three Malaysian plan prices, Starter from RM122 per month, Advanced from RM235 per month and Pro from RM471 per month, and places multi-store management and e-invoice compliance in the higher tiers rather than Starter (checked 16 September 2026). Individual add-on prices are not published on that page, so the only reliable way to know your monthly total is to ask for a written quote listing every line item, per outlet and per device.
The word "from" is doing a lot of work on most POS pricing pages, StoreHub's included. A published entry price tells you the floor, not your bill.
This page is not an argument that StoreHub is expensive. It is an argument that you should compare totals, not headline tiers, and we hold our own pricing to the same test.
What StoreHub publishes
- • Starter: core POS, basic inventory, customer database, basic reporting, integrated payments. From RM122 per month.
- • Advanced: everything in Starter plus multi-location management, advanced inventory, advanced reporting, stock transfers and alerts. From RM235 per month.
- • Pro: everything in Advanced plus a dedicated success manager, extensive API access, basic custom development and workflow automation. From RM471 per month.
- • Longer commitments are offered with bonus months (for example 12 months billed with 14 months of access).
The questions that decide your real total
- • Is the price per outlet, per register, or per device? Ask for the number at three tills.
- • Which tier contains multi-store management? If you plan a second outlet, price the tier you will be on in twelve months.
- • Is e-invoice compliance included in your tier, and does it cover MyInvois submission or only export?
- • Is hardware bundled, financed, or separate? A monthly hardware line can exceed the software line.
- • What happens at renewal after a discounted multi-year term?
How LOOP POS prices the same thing
LOOP POS charges per outlet, not per device: Free for one outlet, RM 129 per outlet per month on Growth (RM 1,290 per year) and RM 259 per outlet per month on Business, excluding SST, with unlimited devices and multi-outlet reporting in Growth.
Where we are behind: MyInvois, DuitNow QR at the till and aggregator ingestion are on our roadmap and not shipped in Malaysia. StoreHub lists e-invoice compliance in its plan table. That is a real reason to choose them today and we would rather you knew before the demo.
