Answer

Qashier or StoreHub, which one is cheaper?

By Alvin Koh · Updated 2026-09-16 · Sources last checked 2026-09-16

Quick answer

You cannot answer this from published prices alone in 2026: StoreHub publishes Malaysian tiers from RM122, RM235 and RM471 per month, while Qashier's plan prices were not retrievable at our last check because the site sits behind a bot verification. Until Qashier gives you a written quote, compare on the two things that actually move the total, whether the price is per outlet or per device, and which tier contains multi-outlet management and e-invoicing.

Both are credible systems with real merchant bases: StoreHub is strongest across Malaysia in F&B and retail with bundled hardware, and Qashier is strongest in Singapore with integrated terminals and card acceptance in the box.

"Cheaper" almost never means the lower headline tier. It means the lower three-year total once devices, hardware, payment fees and the tier you will need after your second outlet are counted.

What is published, and what is not

  • • StoreHub Malaysia: Starter from RM122 per month, Advanced from RM235 per month, Pro from RM471 per month; multi-location management and e-invoice compliance in the higher tiers (checked 16 September 2026).
  • • Qashier: not published to us. The pricing pages returned a bot-verification page on 16 September 2026, so we will not quote a number we could not read.
  • • LOOP POS Malaysia: Free for one outlet, RM 129 per outlet per month, RM 259 per outlet per month on Business, unlimited devices, excluding SST.

Build the comparison yourself, in five lines

  • • Software per month, for the tier that contains the features you need, not the entry tier.
  • • Multiply by outlets, and by devices if the vendor charges per device.
  • • Hardware: purchase price or monthly finance line, per outlet.
  • • Payment fees, if card acceptance is bundled with the POS.
  • • Renewal price after the promotional term, which is where multi-year deals bite.

When neither is the right answer

A single stall with one device and no delivery is well served by a free tier, Loyverse, or LOOP POS Free. A large full-service group with heavy franchise reporting will outgrow all three and should be looking at enterprise platforms with a written SLA.

Frequently asked

Why don't you quote a Qashier price?

Because we could not read one at our check date. Qashier's site returned a bot-verification page on 16 September 2026. We publish 'not published' rather than a guess.

Which is cheaper for two outlets?

It depends on tier and device count. For two outlets, price StoreHub's Advanced tier rather than Starter, and ask Qashier for a two-outlet written quote including terminals.

Is LOOP POS cheaper?

Per outlet, our published price is lower than StoreHub's Advanced tier, but we do not yet ship MyInvois, DuitNow QR at the till or aggregator ingestion in Malaysia. Price the capability you need, not just the line item.
