- In Vietnam, LOOP POS takes VietQR payments and brings GrabFood, ShopeeFood and Be orders into one kitchen queue. In Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, local payment rails (PayNow, DuitNow QR, GCash, Maya) and delivery-app orders are on roadmap.
- Does LOOP POS issue e-invoices in Vietnam?
- Yes. E-invoices (HĐĐT) are included in every plan with no per-invoice fee from LOOP POS, under Decree 123/2020/NĐ-CP as amended by Decree 70/2025/NĐ-CP, with Circular 78/2021/TT-BTC. LOOP POS connects to an e-invoice provider so the receipt printed at the counter carries the tax authority code and QR.
- Can I move my menu and data from my current POS?
