As of 2026, LOOP POS has no billiard-specific module. Billiard halls run LOOP's standard POS: one open tab per table, drinks and food on the same ticket, split payment, staff permissions and daily reports. Time-based table billing is on the roadmap, so halls that must bill by the hour today should keep or choose dedicated hall software for that part.

A billiard hall is two businesses in one room: time on a table, and a bar that sells against that table. LOOP POS covers the second one properly and gives you a clean way to put both on a single bill, but it does not yet meter table time for you.

1. What runs today
Each table is an open tab. Drinks, food and any priced table item ring against that tab, print to the bar and kitchen, and close as one bill with split payment between players.
The bar side is full F&B: menu and modifiers, recipe-level stock deduction, void and discount logs tied to staff and shift, and offline operation when the connection drops.
Owners get reports by table, item, staff member and shift, plus an AI Daily Brief each morning and plain-language questions answered from their own sales data.
2. What is on the roadmap
Table timers and automatic peak-hour rates are not shipped. Halls that bill by the hour currently add table time as a priced item when the group leaves.
If hourly metering is the core of your operation and you need it now, a dedicated hall system is the more honest recommendation for that piece.
3. Hardware and payments
One 10-inch Android tablet or iPad at the counter, an ESC/POS printer at the bar and optionally one in the kitchen. No dedicated Windows PC, no per-table cabling.
Payments follow the market: in Vietnam, VietQR, MoMo and ZaloPay are live and Vietnamese e-invoices are issued from the bill. In Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines the local QR rails and e-invoicing integrations are on the roadmap, so card and cash are handled through your existing terminal.
