Does it integrate with my draft beer system?

LOOP supports any flow meter that exposes Bluetooth, serial or HTTP webhook output. Most Sài Gòn and Heineken kegerator setups work out of the box.

Can servers reopen a closed bill?

Yes — within the shift, and with a manager PIN. After end-of-day close, it requires admin approval. Every reopen is logged.

How does inventory handle ice and lemon?

Ice is tracked as a consumable with daily expected usage based on cover count. Lemon and other garnish are deducted per drink at recipe level.

Can I run a happy hour from 17:00–19:00?

Yes. Set time-based price rules per SKU. They apply automatically and stop on schedule, with a manager override available.

What about cash-only customers?

Fully supported. LOOP tracks cash drawer per shift with start/end counts and variance alerts.

Can I see realtime sales from home?
