Does LOOP POS support PayNow and NETS QR?
Not directly yet. PayNow and NETS QR issuance from LOOP POS is on the roadmap; today outlets take both on their existing terminal and record them as payment types, so they still appear in the daily close.
How long does migration from EPOS or Qashier take?
Our measured migration window is Vietnam-only so far: a median 5–8 working days across 42 outlets we migrated there, as of September 2026. A Singapore migration follows the same steps — menu and recipe import, hardware, staff onboarding and a parallel-run weekend — so treat that window as an indicative estimate until we have Singapore migrations to report.
Which delivery aggregators does LOOP POS integrate with in Singapore?
None yet in Singapore. Direct order ingestion from foodpanda, Deliveroo and GrabFood is on the roadmap; outlets currently key aggregator tickets in as a channel so commission still shows in the daily close.
