LOOP for your industry
AI POS for Pickleball, Tennis & Badminton Courts
What LOOP does for this industry
LOOP for courts is a booking + POS system where every court is a bookable resource, every slot is priced dynamically by demand, every coach is a payee with a commission ledger, and every no-show is predicted 6 hours ahead so you can up-sell the slot before it's lost.
The pains operators actually hit
#1Bookings live in Zalo chat + Google Sheets — double-booking on Saturday morning.
How LOOP solves each — with AI: Live booking grid with atomic slot locking + Zalo Mini App member booking. Zero double-books.
#220–30% no-show rate on weekend prime slots costs you the highest-priced hours.
How LOOP solves each — with AI: AI No-Show Guardrail scores each booking 6 hours ahead; high-risk slots auto-request deposit or re-list to waitlist.
#3Peak-hour pricing is one flat rate — you leave money on the 18:00–20:00 pickleball window.
How LOOP solves each — with AI: AI Peak Pricing lifts prime-window rates 25–50% based on last 8 weeks of booking demand.
#4Coach commissions are calculated in a notebook at month-end; disputes every payday.
How LOOP solves each — with AI: Coach Payout Ledger auto-records every coached session, applies the coach's split (%, fixed, or hybrid), and generates a signed payout statement.
#5Pro-shop (racquets, strings, shuttles, paddles) sales aren't tied to member accounts.
How LOOP solves each — with AI: One-tap member lookup at the pro-shop till; sales auto-attribute for stringing memberships and re-order suggestions.
#6Members buy hour-packs on WhatsApp/Zalo screenshots — reconciliation is a nightmare.
How LOOP solves each — with AI: Prepaid hour-pack SKUs in the Zalo Mini App with auto-decrement per booking.
Three named AI capabilities
AI Peak-Hour Pricing
Sets per-slot pricing from 8 weeks of booking demand. Pickleball prime windows (18:00–21:00) can lift 25–50%; midday off-peak rates drop to attract retirees and coach lessons.
AI No-Show Guardrail
Scores every booking 6 hours ahead using member history, weather, slot price, and booking recency. High-risk bookings auto-request a VietQR deposit; if unpaid within 30 min, the slot re-lists to the waitlist.
AI Coach Payout Ledger
Records every coached session, applies the coach's split rules (percentage, fixed fee, or tiered by student level), and generates a monthly payout statement e-signed via Zalo — no more month-end spreadsheet disputes.
Honest competitor comparison
LOOP vs MyCourt / MATCHi
Booking-first apps. Great UX for players, weak on POS, retail, coach payouts.
Choose them if…
- Booking discovery on a global player marketplace matters more than back-office
LOOP vs PlayFinder / Playtomic
Regional player marketplaces. Booking commission per slot, no unified POS.
Choose them if…
- You want player-side discovery and are OK paying booking commission
LOOP vs Google Sheets + Zalo (current reality for ~70% of VN courts)
Free, familiar, and cause of most weekend chaos.
Choose them if…
- You genuinely have <50 bookings per week and no coach staff
Hardware & integrations
One Android tablet at the front desk, one per pro-shop till, optional court-side QR posters for walk-up booking, VietQR + MoMo + ZaloPay for deposits. No proprietary hardware.
Frequently asked
Can players book from Zalo?
Yes — LOOP publishes a Zalo Mini App with your court grid. Players see live availability, pay a VietQR deposit if the AI flags them as no-show risk, and receive a confirmation with map + directions.
How does dynamic peak pricing avoid pissing off regulars?
Prime-window lifts are capped (default 50%), off-peak drops are transparent in the Mini App, and members on annual packs are grandfathered at their base rate. Most venues see complaints spike week 1 then flat.
How does AI No-Show Guardrail actually work?
6 hours before the slot, LOOP scores the booking using member history (past no-shows, past cancellations), booking recency (booked 2 hours ago = higher risk), slot price, and weather. Scores above 0.7 trigger a VietQR deposit request via Zalo.
Can I run pickleball, tennis and badminton on one system?
Yes — each court has a sport tag, its own rate schedule, and its own equipment SKUs. Reports break down by sport and by court.
How are coach hours tracked and paid?
When booking a court, the player can add a coach. LOOP records the coach's session automatically, applies the split rules (percentage, fixed fee, or tiered), and generates the monthly payout statement. Coaches sign off in Zalo.
Does the pro-shop support stringing subscriptions?
Yes. Members can subscribe to unlimited stringing (or a monthly cap); LOOP tracks jobs against the subscription and prompts the stringer at pickup.
